Said effects can age your circulatory system, thus reducing your ability to get blood around efficiently. So make sure you have some type of daily routine that allows you to keep things in balance.

4. Eat to flow: It’s not just about what you eat, but also about what you don’t eat. So as step one, make sure you stay away from trans fats and saturated fats-both degrade your circulatory system. As step two, include nuts, oils, fish and anti oxidants in your diet on a regular basis.

5. Get more restful sleep: The key here is that the sleep has to be restful. You see, you can be in bed for 8 hours and still be dead tired the next day. So make sure you get restful sleep or else your arteries and heart will prematurely age, thus decreasing circulation.
