Perfect Vision With Sexy Eyes

Are “bedroom eyes” sexy or healthy? The answer is, they’re both. In order to have sexy eyes you have to have healthy eyes. The good news is, you can not only have healthy and sexy eyes, but you can keep them that way. When you’re doddering down the street with your cane, those eyes are still going to be turning heads.

There are many diets on the market and the internet today for various parts of our body. We’ve all heard of the nail diet, designed to keep your nails strong. Then there’s the hair diet for giving you long, silky and lustrous hair. There’s the colon diet to keep our innards running smoothly; the lose the belly fat diet; etc. But what about the healthy eyes diet?

If you take your eyes for granted, then you’re like most people. We don’t think about them at all. Put a blindfold on and try to write a few words, assuming you can find paper and pencil without being able to see. If you don’t like the way this feels, then start taking better care of your eyes and stop taking them for granted.

Mother knows best. She told us to eat our carrots so we could see in the dark. She knew what she was talking about. Carrots and other orange vegetables contain beta-carotene, which converts to Vitamin A in our bodies and enhances visual acuity. Our eyes are better able to adjust to light changes such as daylight to darkness. If you didn’t mind your mom, you better start if you want to see after dark.

Right now you’re saying, okay, I can eat those things, but what about leafy green vegetables? Spinach, kale and collard greens are not high on most people’s favorite food list. But they contain lutein, which helps prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.

If you can’t make yourself eat green leafy vegetables, then tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, and squash are also high in the nutrient lutein. Now, there has to be something in that list that you like. I can make the whole list sound delicious by telling you that green algae can also be used to treat degenerative sight problems. Makes spinach and kale sound good, doesn’t it.
