Refund & Return Policy

Refund and replacement policy

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in limited circumstances:

  • An item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The incorrect product was received
  • The product is defective or compromised upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery by contacting info@iqonhealth.com with the order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for review.

Non-refundable situations

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.

Approved claims

If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, issue either a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and the loss of future purchasing privileges.

All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these products, accept responsibility for proper handling and storage after delivery, and agree to this refund policy in full.
